AM environmentally-friendly sealed chain has an innovative concave flange design and masterly utilize the outer plate and bush as extra protections to contain the lubrication within the bearing. The comprehensive design has tested to effectively prevent dust from going in as well as reduce the wear of the bearing, successfully increasing its life of use.
The comprehensive structure of AM sealed chain provides smooth operation, prevents loss of transmission, and reduces noise by 3.1~4.3% compare with that of others. Additionally, the PTFE coating provides excellent anti-rust, lubricity, and anti-adhesion properties, allowing easier and less frequent and more efficient chain maintenance.
