Pin |
Connecting with outer plate, it is the central component to endure shearing and bending of individual link. |
Bush |
Connecting with inner plate, it is the supporting shaft of the pin. |
Roller |
Engaging with the sprocket, it allows the chain to roll smoothly. |
Inner plate / outer plate |
Together, they bear loading with the pin and tramitting dynamics. |
Sealed ring |
seals lubrication which was sucked in around the pins and bush. |
Lubrication |
lubricate pin and bush for wearing and elongation. |
Sealed chains have rubber which seals the gap and is sandwiched between the pin and bush. AM sealed chain uses cross-ring shape design which effectively reduce the loss of the grease.
In addition, the cross -ring design seals the grease in and keep dirt and water out to greatly protect chain parts from wearing, increasing wear resistence 3-5 time compare with that of a standard chain.
